Working directly with Jim. These engagements are based on your business and your plans for the future. Examples of typical targets are:

  • Building a startup. Setting up a company for a product or service, building a customer base and scaling for growth.

  • Growth and Stability. Working on the the growth of customers in the business, but also maintaining stability by growing the team, systems and processes for delivery.

  • Preparation for Exit. Getting ready to sell by stabilising the business, building enterprise value for shareholders towards a successful, smooth, rewarding exit from the business.

Choose the approach that is best for you:

  • Single Strategy Session. We’ll work together in a short enagement to pull together your strategy for the business. We’ll look at your goals, where you are today, the blockers and challenges in the business, and put together a plan for the next quarter which is 100% aligned with your long term goals while also being totally actionable today with the resources and constraints you have.

  • One Month Engagement. After completing the business strategy and planning (as above), we work together every two weeks to keep you on track with that plan. This method keeps you accountable to the plan and puts just the right amount of pressure on you to deliver the actions that are really going to make a difference.

  • One Quarter Engagement. The turbocharging of your business for a full quarter year! This one is not for the faint hearted. When we make that business plan you’d better believe that the tasks in there are going to get done in this 12 week period. Over this time period we can totally change the way you operate and build the business. Lets go!
