Scale Up coaching consists of an initial strategy workshop where we set your goals for the next three months taking into consideration the stage of the business and the time available from founders and leaders.
We follow this with two coaching sessions each month and unlimited contact for Q&A in between.
Sessions are in a small cohort of similar but non-competing founders, other contact is one to one with Jim.
This initial purchase is for your first month. There’s no long term commitment required but we don’t allow on/off membership, you need to be in this consistently.
Sessions are paid in advance and you’ll receive email conformation of you order. Following this your initial strategy workshop and coaching sessions will be scheduled.
